Free deliveries are made for orders within Chennai worth above Rs.500/- and within India for orders above Rs. 5000/-. The charges for international shipments vary according to countries and no free delivery is applicable. Domestic shipping comes with the option for COD for some products and orders above Rs.500/-. Our products are delivered on time and swiftly within 5-7 working days unless delayed by unforeseen circumstances. Tracking is available for all orders by the tracking ID specified for each order. In case of any discrepancies, you will be notified in advance through your registered mail ID and phone number. There are no hidden charges like tax or octroi on shipping. Our online transactions are absolutely safe as our online payment system is powered by India’s leading e-banking network, CCAvenue. We are very careful about our customers’ privacy and security. Online transactions can be done through UPI, bank transactions or cards.
Returns and Cancellation:
The Islamic Shop comes with the benefit of Return and Cancellation. Products are applicable for return only if the delivered products are damaged or defective or of a different colour. Return requests are accepted only within 5 days of receiving your order which is expected to be in their original condition with tags and labels intact and should be unused. Any complementaries delivered with the defective product is also to be returned for full payment. However, there is no return option available for custom made products, tailored garments or for consumable products like attar or food etc., and on electronic products like clocks, toys etc. The payment of the returned products are credited to you as store credit which you can use for future purchases! Cancellation of your order is possible if your order has not been shipped in yet!
